At A. E. Williams PLLC, operating MyClinicianGuide.com, we want you to be confident in your subscription. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

- Confirm you're within the 7-day window. Check the date of your initial subscription charge (visible on your Account page or your credit card statement). Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of that first charge.
- Choose how to submit your request. The fastest option is the in-app refund form on your Account page. You can also email us directly through our contact page.
- Include the required information (see list below) so we can locate your payment and process the refund quickly.
- Wait for confirmation. We respond to refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your access ends immediately when the refund is issued. If you'd like to continue using the service through the end of the period you paid for instead of getting a refund, just cancel from your Account page — you'll keep access until your billing period ends.
Information You Must Provide
To process your refund quickly, please include all of the following in your request:
- The email address on your account (must match the one used at signup).
- The date of your initial charge (approximate date is fine).
- Plan you subscribed to — monthly ($29.99) or annual.
- Last 4 digits of the card used for payment (helps us locate the transaction; never send the full card number).
- Brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve — no justification is required).
The in-app refund form on your Account page collects all of this automatically — we recommend using it when possible.
After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day window, no refunds are issued — including no partial-month or partial-year refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You can cancel anytime and continue to use the Service through the end of your current billing period. There is no contract and no further charges after cancellation.
For example, if you subscribe on April 5 and cancel on April 20, you will continue to have full access until May 5 and will not be charged again. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the month.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page by clicking "Manage Subscription & Payment." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel renewal at any time and retain access through the end of the paid year.
