    Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyClinicianGuide.com ("Service"), operated by A. E. Williams PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

    2. Description of Service

MyClinicianGuide is a subscription-based clinical education and reference platform designed for licensed clinicians — APRNs, MDs, DOs, and PAs — practicing in geriatric and primary care settings. It provides educational content, professional reference materials, an AI-powered learning companion, and career resources to support ongoing professional development. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment recommendation engine.

    3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you must verify your email address before accessing paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each subscription is for one individual — sharing login credentials is not permitted.

    4. Subscription & Payment

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Current plans:

    • Monthly: $29.99/month (a limited-time 40% discount off the standard $49.99/month rate)
    • Annual: $299.99/year (equals approximately $25.00/month)

Promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and may change in the future; your renewal rate is the rate in effect at the time of renewal unless we have notified you of a change in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For full details on payment processing and billing, please refer to Stripe's Services Agreement.

No contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, no refunds are issued, including no partial-month or partial-year refunds. See our Refund Policy for full details.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
    • Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
    • Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
    • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping content
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

    6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by A. E. Williams PLLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal professional reference purposes only.

    7. Clinical Disclaimer

The Service is educational and informational only. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace your training or applicable scope-of-practice rules. You remain solely responsible for all patient care decisions. Always exercise independent clinical judgment, follow your institution's policies, and consult appropriate authoritative resources before applying any information from the Service in practice.

    8. AI-Generated Content

The AI Guide feature provides responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs against established clinical guidelines before applying them in practice. AI-generated content is not suitable as the sole basis for clinical decisions.

    9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

    10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

    11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A. E. Williams PLLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

    12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold A. E. Williams PLLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
